While their collective wealth of real estate experience is the foundation of our company, it’s their commitment to kindness and talent for the craft of pairing homes with their proud new owners that makes our work so rewarding. Chris Hill
Chris Hill is the president and co-founder of HillWood Realty. Chris brings over 18 years of experience to the team. Chris started in home sales in 2000 and worked with one of the largest local homebuilders in the greater Atlanta area. Selling over 700 homes in 6 years he then moved into a management position where he oversaw 26 communities and closed 100+ transactions monthly. As the market began to shift Chris worked with a local bank and assisted in selling over $320 million dollars of real estate. This allowed Chris to better his knowledge in all aspects of real estate and finance. As a father of three, Chris and his wife reside in the Jefferson area where they are active members in the Traditions of Braselton community and Crosspoint Church.

Casey Wood
Casey Wood is the Broker and co-founder of HillWood Realty. After working with Chris Hill on various projects for a span of more than 10 years, the two founded HillWood Realty in 2017. Casey has sold more than 850 homes in a dozen communities, spanning all over the metropolitan Atlanta area.
His unique experience with new homes and the banking side of real estate allows him to have a different perspective when negotiating, ensuring the best value possible for his clients. All of these facets of the business help his team better serve their clients through an intimate knowledge of multiple builders and their products throughout the area.
